I had first round of CITI interview this week and today I got a mail asking for documents submission. Does that mean this had only one round and I have cleared that? Generally documents are asked only when we clear all the rounds. Who has given CITI interview please let me know. Thanks..Citi

Can anyone please let me know how superannuation is in Citi ?? I talked to HR and she said we can get superannuation as a part of salary.
In offer letter it says we can participate or decline superannuation at time of joining. So if I decline then will I get superannuation in my salary ? Or I will loose the superannuation altogether. If it's in salary then which component it will be considered as.

But I'm not convinced if that's true.

Hello Fishes , I got 25%hike in June payslip,promoted L9 with fixed 14.75. I have offer of 18.3 lpa from IBM and counter offer of 21 from LTI. My manager asked me to extend 15 days for travelling to Switzerland 15days since my work permit is processed already. Shall I stay back? Also how much hike i can expect in December?

I have an offer with Citi, initially it was hybrid model and looks like they are moving back to wfo.. they told only now and I dont have any other offer in hand. due to personal constraints I need wfh or some flexibility types, but they seem a bit rigid as its not in their policy..
