I had given my Hiring Manager round in walmart 2 weeks back. I got a call same day stating that I've cleared the round and asked to share few documents and expect CTC over email. Even after two weeks there's no response. Should I be concerned?

I love the excel work and analysis that comes with FDD, but the report writing is my least favorite part of the job. My friend have cleared Tata Elxsi interview 5 months back and received her offer letter. Still now she haven’t recvd a joining letter. Couple of other friends are also facing similar issue.
Does anyone have any update on this?
Tried mailing to the HR and to their help desk. No response.
Its really disappointing. Even if they are not able to onboard candidates now, the least they can do is aknowledge and respond to the queries.
