Hey gang, lately I have been thinking if I got underpaid. Graduated from master school right after 2020 pandemic and started by 68K as UXD in digital sales company based in NYC. With 2 YOE the salary went up by 3% and 5% average promotion. Now it comes up to 75K w/ 6K bonus. What do you think of this? My manager honestly told me I was underpaid during 1-1 but since he was newly hired not long ago, he told me he has no solution at the moment. Thinking of starting a new position...

Tips on how to deal with my direct report, the CMO, that won't honor the bonus structure in my offer letter? Over the last 2 months he's come to me with 2 re-negotiations, both lower than the original. I've countered saying I'll accept a lower bonus structure if my base is raised. Not sure who else in the company is involved/aware - he's my only point of contact. I'm 6 mths into the job and enjoy it, but this is a major red flag. Should I find a new job or hold my ground and see what happens?

Job told me the salary range for a position at the beginning of the interview and confirmed it was in my range. After 6 interviews and a case study, I was called I got the job but the salary is going to be lower than I was anticipating. Anything I can do to negotiate at this point since they’re sending the offer this morning? Not sure how much lower it is
