Hi how flexible is persistent with respect to location.. my wife got recruited into persistent via campus recruitment at bschool and location is Bangalore. But now I have a good opportunity for hyd and so hoping persistent would be okay in she joining hyderabad location too.. HR did not respond yet but want to check..Persistent Systems Limited

EY GDS is mostly partner driven so check with other colleagues in the same unit for work culture. If you have EY GDS strategy and transactions, run like your life depends on it and ignore their calls. Don't matter what lies they feed you, they will always promote their own guys and new joiners are just canon fodder.
Ask them the department their role is in.
It could be one of these advisory/consulting, Audit/Assurance, Strategy and Transaction, Tax and accounting.
Else in support functions like Knowledge.
Join Barclays to retire.. no more than 30 mins worth of work will be there per day.. 4 hrs will be spent on meetings to discuss how to efficiently use this 30 mins 😅😅.. you can enjoy the remaining time ..

Go for R&D if it is really R&D coz it will help you explore and learn stuffs

Always go for R&D when opportunity is provided. The exposure and learning is more valuable for future chill life.
Assuming from your YoE, you still have the time grow at accelerated pace with other tech stacks and move to better career ahead.
