I joined Deloitte on May 16 and it's being 6 months that I haven't been assigned to any project yet. I am planning to resign. My concern is that do I need to serve notice period of 90 days or I will be relesed in few days as I am not tagged to any project. Requesting your responses if any. Thank You.

I have a offer of 20 lpa fixed and 1 lpa joining bonus from epam, and other company affluent whose client is HDFC Bank, they are ready to offer me 23 lpa. Is it good to join affluent? I realized I've been a dummy for getting a job at a creative agency and not working on my portfolio. Most of the projects I've taken on, I've done so as a way to support others without taking much credit for it. Now, a better opportunity came along and I don't have anything to show for my talent as a designer. ALWAYS take credit for what you do, even if it's not your project to begin with.

So if I attend a 2 day client workshop, do I’ve to file an amendment? Also, if you working out of a client location M-T, would I be using the client location to fill up timesheet in DTE?

Just joined Infosys on Monday and got a call today for an opening in Unilever project. The person mentioned that I will be replacing another resources for now who is on medical leave and would be working on something that is a little below my skill level. Once that resource is back (after 2-3months) I would be transitioning to a better role with more options to look and learn.

Hoping someone could advice on it. I recently accepted a job offer and it has been discussed and confirmed via email/phone that my starting salary is £26k and will raise to £28k after 6 months probationary period. Now, I have been sent the contract but there’s no specific statement about the £28k salary after probation.

Got the first salary from deloitte today and surprised to see the PF deduction is only one deduction what is mentioned in the offer letter. Even though as per the policy it says employee needs to pay an equivalent amount. Also less tax deducted this month . Is it because the calculation is made only till March 2022? Any idea anyone
