Yesterday I sent a proposal for a freelancing job on Upwork (to make extra bucks) which got accepted and the job turned out to be from some small company looking for freelancers.

I'm currently employed full-time in Mindtree.

The small company has asked me to share my resume with them.

Will it be called moonlighting?
How do I move forward with this?

What are the things I need to know about freelancing?
