I have got an offer from Accenture for Level8. I was 60% matching for the profile and got selected through saying there no project currently for this role, we are taking in advance. I doubt if they would send me out after project allocation done saying profile not matching. Want to know is there job security in Accenture provided I can learn and upskill the remaining 40% in 3 months time.

Friends, need your inputs. What is the upper limit salary slab for Level 9 Accenture services domain. My current CTC is 16.5 and want to move to Accenture. HR is saying 25 lacs falls under level 8 slab. So need to know the upper slab for Level 9 as hiring manager needs only level 9. The role is for Azure cloud.

I had HR round today and HR said from this month October onwards Accenture stopped giving or offering joining bonus to everyone.
