Hey guys, so I have competing offers. One at Bank of America for 124, and one at Allspring for 110.

Does anybody work at Allspring? They did not provide any information regarding benefits, 401k match, or any annual bonus structure. I was told, verbally, that the Bank of America bonus is something like 15 to 20%, but nothing in writing.

Attended Technical interview in Wipro on Feb 3rd and salary discussion with HR on Feb 18th. HR said he will release offer lette on the same night but didn't. So I called him on Feb 21st to remind him he replied there was some issues so he will sent it by same day night but no luck. So I called him again on Feb 25th asking him for update he said it is in process and he will call in the evening but he didn't. How long can I wait still?
Any valuable suggestions will be greatly helpful.

How to handle the situation where the notice period is high and even after mentioning at every level that notice is so and so number of days, after last round they say we want immediate joiners and put the profile on hold. Even the organisation with highest notice period want early joiners.
