Hi sharks, What are your thoughts on an offer made after 6 rounds of interviews, written SHL test, assignment, culture fit for a product designer. The candidate was interviewed for senior product designer as per the JD, but after 6 rounds a product designer position(minus the senior) was offered with a 30% hike on current CTC. The original pay slab for the senior pdt designer role was in X - Y range. X (minimum salary for the snr. role) was almost twice the offer made. Was this offer a joke?

Considering a move to NTT Data in a healthcare consulting role. Mixed reviews in the bowls. Major concerns are bench policy, staff aug roles, 2 week PTO, and high turnover due to job dissatisfaction. Got a rejection email after reaching back out (a week later) to HR for a job I was really excited about. Had a 2 hour interview (30 minutes, 4 different people) which seemed to go really well. Asked them if they had any concerns with my experience and they all said no, my experience seems like it’s exactly what they are looking for. Met with a recruiter today who says the company is still looking for that position. Got no feedback from the company in the rejection. Feeling really defeated.
