I got offer from Wipro today for 30 LPA CTC
S&P Global - expecting offer by friday, asked 30 lak fixed. However I have not disclosed the wipro offer as i got only today

S&P said 30 Fixed not possible however he l try his best, he is ok for 27 fixed,(almost same pay as wipro) he said no variable pay will be mentioned in Offer, but u wil get. Not sure abt this policy

1) Which one to chose b/w wipro & s&p
2) How to negotiate with S&P ?Should i call now or after recieving offer

Any tips on how to negotiate salary?

I stated my desired income on the very first call and this response was "keep in mind the sign on bonus".
To me that meant the will not meet my requirement.
I did get a job offer from them.... 8K less than what I asked for.
