Hi SKP, I have my final round interview for SKP tomorrow (entry-level consultant, about to finish bachelor's). I've come to learn that SKP is about to update pay bands in a few weeks to adjust compensation to be more in line with the market rate. 
 My question: If I were to get an offer following my interview tomorrow, would it be based on the new pay band or current one given I most likely wouldn't have my start date until January? How can I know which band it is? Simon-Kucher & Partners

#Deloitte Interviewed on 5th october Got prehire survey mail on 6thoctober And after that i'm waiting for the HR call It's been almost 2 weeks. But didn't get any response from deloitte. Does anybody how much time it will take?

Had a second interview with AmLaw200 firm Monday, which I originally got from a referral from an influential partner. All seemed to go fantastic and heard back from two of the most relevant partners replying to my thank you email saying they’d definitely be in touch soon. Now I’m getting nervous although I’ve got other interviews and don’t really want them to get back yet. I also know it can take a bit to get an offer together but the anticipation is increasing. Should be a great weekend!

Is it normal for start ups to freeze hiring in the middle of interviewing (sometimes even the end) I’ve already had two start ups letting me know that they want to hire me but unable to . One even gave me an offer then pulled it. … Or is this another way to let me down easy lol

I’ve been approached outside the firm for a number of roles and take interviews for the practice. Today a start up SaaS company called and when i gave my base salary expectation (which i thought would be wildly out of range) it was not even a flinch and “well within range” no wonder there’s a staffing shortage at pwc, these guys are throwing money at us, and I’m in marketing!!!!!

Hi All - I have a final round case presentation coming up. I have to chose a company and create a 5-6 slide deck on how the company I’m interviewing for could implement its’ solutions to improve revs/profits at the company I chose. For people who have done this with success, do you have any tips? What was your approach with the deck? Did you use their branding/colors? I live in a 3 unit condo. My neighbor above me had their washer flood overnight and leak through their floor and through our ceiling, damaging our ceiling, walls, and hardwood floor. Does anyone else feel like too many people have TSA PreCheck nowadays? In the glorious old days, I could breeze by security in <5 minutes. But recently I’ve been noticing more amateur travelers holding up the line since they’re just slow, don’t know the rules, etc. Now it takes >10min on a random Tuesday at like 5am! I would gladly pay more or subject myself to a more rigorous selection process. Part of the process should require a test on how fast you can move through security.
