Hi!
So I’m currently looking for a job since I’m in college already and it’s time for me to get one. Does anybody have any advice for me they could share?

It takes some time. Keep putting your resume out there. Don't give up. Good luck!

Definitely utilize your network—personal & professional. Also, don’t be afraid to put yourself out there. You will probably get a lot of rejections, but remember that all you need is one “yes”

Your college might have a career center or job website that you can utilize. That’s how I have found jobs or internships

Hi everyone, hope you are doing well.
I applied to BCG and received an email from them telling me I was on the waitlist for interviews. What is the chances of getting an interview if I am on the waitlist? I am not well connected with BCGers, any recommendations on who to contact? Do any one of you think they can help me or connect me to someone willing to help from the inside? I applied to Atlanta, Boston, and Miami. I am on a F1 visa which makes things harder, MBB being kind of my only options.

I am a university senior in an English BA program. I am also turning 28 next month and have bills to pay.

I'm quickly discovering that English degrees won't get you a job beyond probably teaching, which I dont want to do. I also dislike sitting behind a desk all day.

I already want to change into a two year technical degree for something else.

What options are available for a career change? I'd like something that requires minimal schooling and pays decently. I'm thinking medical. Advice?
