Hi, so I’ve been working as a (TCP temporary creative professional) while one of the agency’s employees was on leave. I understood it to be a FT position, clocking in, etc but last week a bunch of employees were on vacation and I didn’t get projects. My work from the week before was all approved, so I had no edits. I asked for work, reached out, etc but ended up with very few billable hours, which annoyed the bosses. Now I’m not sure how to proceed. Do I NGAF, clock in? Or wait for work?

Moved to a new role internally. Once my transition was approved I was told I also needed to work my current gig in addition to my new role for an additional few months. This happen to anyone else...
