Hey everyone! I recently graduated this past December and started my current role January 24th. Just this morning I had a recruiter from Meta reach back out to me about a role I applied too last month. Should i schedule an interview with the recruiter? What if it goes well? Would it look bad if I quit my current position to take this role if I end up getting an offer? One reason I would want to switch is because the pay would most likely be a lot higher at Meta then in my current position.

I have given my final round of interview in Akamai with hiring manager who is from US on 6th July. How long should i wait before I reach out to my HR team for status ?

I have worked in municipal government for almost 17 years. I love what I do as an Inspector, but the environment is toxic, and administration horrible. I have an opportunity to go into the private sector side, as well a second interview for another municipality doing same job. Private sector job will pay 35,000 more but will be 3 hrs away my husband is in law enforcement and can’t leave due to his position. I had my interview/technical discussion for Datastage Developer Role yesterday. The Interview went kind of ok and the interviewer said she will give feedback to the HR and he will inform you for further rounds. How much time do they take for next round intimation?

Can you please let me know if TCS can revise the offer that they gave me
They gave me of 9.5 CTC and for Wolters I haven’t had a discussion but I hve asked them for 12Fixes and the location is Pune
