Worst thing happened to my friend with TCs today !!
Today was his joining with TCs but thy did not onnoard him ! His Pan card was wring in ibegin portal and even he asked recruiter do the needful thing since last 3 months but she did not respond today thy says we cant onboard u with wrong pan number . They said thy will delete his current profile and wil create new one with proper pan number and will follow the same step such as releasing offer letter. My question is did anyone faced such situat Accenture

Never revert your resignation back.. or atleast get in writing if things won't work what they promise, your LWD should be same. If they agree then fine, else they are lying.
Seriously how can one be this naive. First rule of IT is never ever believe the managers, not even 1%. You should have taken back the resignation only after your salary revision had happened. They have 3 months to do it and should've done it during that time and you should've waited.
But no use dwelling in the past now. You learnt the lesson. Now, start giving interviews and put the damn papers.

If you haven't reverted your resignation maybe you are getting more than 11 by giving few more interviews.
And do you have any written confirmation by your manager/HR??
But now that's time is gone now so there is no point of discussion on that.
Now you have only 2 options:
1. Wait for your managers approval and all the processes. (Which I couldn't confirm how true your manager is that on his wordings).
2. Start giving interviews again. Do a fresh start.

My friend!Don't be upset,Take this as a lesson for your future and start giving interviews again and going ahead in life when you have an offer in hand and if your organization tries to retain you by various means ( Hike, promotion) make sure you take that in writing and get it done before your LWD. Untill then never withdraw your resignation.

Don't believe anyone in TCS..It's okay now you know the organisation works.Try to get into better things.
You should have asked this before taking your paper back .
Now the only solution for you is to again look for new offers and don't reject this time even if tcs gives you hike .
If they were really going to give you hike , they would give you before you find new offer
Whenever you are in this situation, please ask your manager/HR to share this on documentation. And ask that you want the revised salary from the next month itself. Please don’t accept verbal commitments in Professional world. Good luck
You should never revoke your offer without receiving any written formal intimation from your current company. Seems like you got played by your manager. Start giving interviews again.
Aapka manager banrakas hai 😂 and moral of the story - in future never ever believe oral promises....always listen everything what your manager or hr says...then politely ask them to assure same in writing...if they hesitate then you are free to follow your chosen path

You have learnt a tough lesson early in career.
And good thing is that it's not end of world for you. You will get a lot of opportunities at your experience level.
Now on what to do now:
Do you have any written communication?
If yes, ther are 2 thing ayou can do if you want to stay in the organisation.
1. Escalate it to higher level to you manager and HR. After 1-2 mail on each level, you can escalate further level like account HR then sub unit HR then Unit HR, corporate HR and so on.
2. You can also raise a grievance in the system.
If no, then just discuss with the manager about a firm date if you still trust your manager which I doubt will be the case now.
Now, if above 2 are not the cases, just start searching for job keeping in mind you have nothing to do with your current organisation/project. No need to feel guilty for it. They brought it upon them.
I am sure you will get a lot of opportunities.
