My current DOJ is 14th of Dec and unfortunately I was unable to join the online pre-joining session on Tuesday due to some proxy issues. I dropped them a couple of emails stating my reasons and chance to attend any other possible sessions.

Is that session mandatory to move next-step, or will they blacklist my id and name. Although I got my DOJ confirmation mail mentioning that they will send out an email with induction links on appropriate days.

Hi moms - Can anyone share what you do with 2 - 3 YO on weekends? We are usually catching up on house chores and I feel my kid runs aimlessly around the house most of the day. We try to take a hike, go for the library or playground but with pandemic we have limited to only these 2 activities. My kid is terrified of people, going out after being locked inside the house for more than a year. We took him to the beech, play area with kids and he kept yelling back home the entire time.

When my tenant/boyfriend was under lease of my land he erected a metal storage building and continued to inprove it.  He also has been restoring a small shed on the premises.  Once executed lease was up verbally agreed he could continue and just maintain property until I he was ready to buy or if we got serious we would build.   A strained and toxic relationship unraveled.  So now he has improved on the property almost as much as what my total investment has been since I purchased property.

Got ghosted after a final round interview with a unicorn startup. I had a very hands on interview and showed them detailed code examples and architecture diagrams. Maybe I gave away too much? The interviewers seemed really impressed. The cynical thought I have is they're doing interviews just to find answers to the problems they haven't been able to solve. Why else would they ghost me? Everything seemed to be going so well until now.
