I was interviewed for a position in Wholesale Banking. Completed the HR round salary discussion too. I haven't heard back from them. It's been a couple of weeks. Is it normal for HSBC to delay the offer letter, or have I been rejected?! Should I check back with the HR again?! Kindly help me with how hiring works in HSBC and what I should do now 🙂 HSBC India

Project allocation is done based on the skills that you were interviewed for. You can also put in additional aspriational information using the What Excites You! platform. They will try and match both your existing and aspirational skills.
Allocation bonus is given if you are in a project for a minimum period. No performance factors are used for allocation bonus. Purely based on pro-rata.
