Has anyone interviewed @Leidos? What to expect?
Hi IBM sharks 🦈
So I got interviewed for a project by the IBM team. The interviewer told me that its a go ahead from their end, now the client will assess my profile and if they too are fine with it, I will be onboarded?
Is it true that we have client interview as well? If yes then after how many days of interview by IBM team, client interview takes place?
Or its just that if the IBM team is fine with it, we are selected for the project?
Any inputs on this will really help :)

Hi everyone! Curious if anyone here works for Slack and can shed a little light on the culture and perhaps offer a referral for an associate brand manager position I just saw on LinkedIn. With the Salesforce acquisition are SF employees allowed to refer for Slack roles? Currently a senior analyst with 4 YOE looking to break into a branding role! Thanks in advance.

Hi Fishies! (Is that what we are? I’m going with it)
I just came across a Google Research and Insights role that got me SUPER excited and I was about to apply when I had the idea of seeing if anyone would be willing to give me a referral. I understand (and respect) that most of you Googlers on here feel that a referral is only useful if you know the person but I would be happy to jump on the phone to give you some info about me. It would mean so much! 4 YOE at a major audio steaming service

For senior roles like that I would imagine networking is really your best bet. You should be reaching out to professionals in the areas you’re interested in and making connections. Maybe if you stayed in touch with former coworkers who already moved on you should reconnect with them and see how their new companies are. It’s important to have a strong resume but at that level of seniority connections are important too
Thank u

When I left a job after 15 years I had a hard time getting interviews. I switched to a Project oriented resume where I listed everything I'd worked on first and it seemed help.
However, since you are looking at such a senior leadership roll, I would think your best course of action is to mine your contacts. If you know other senior people at other companies they can bypass the usual HR screening.
