My company didn’t start to deduct fica until October. Should I pay all year of fica? Also, if I have enough tax withholding that could cover my fica is it ok?

Lawyer said he has mailed in RFE materials for both I-485 and I-130 in one package to USCIS 2 weeks ago. I-485 status got updated to “RFE received” in a week, but no update for I-130 yet. Is there any way to get a copy of the stamped I129S from the authority. Whom should I contact? Can someone please guide me.!!!
