We are using Slack but some customers won’t use Slack so then it’s bleeding over to other forms of communication that are less ideal. CHRO making millions and 30 year old HR people that I work with that look like 18 years old making half a million. LMAO. People have no clue how well paid HR is.

Change agents, do you think we utilize psychological theory enough when considering how to alter people’s behavior in our jobs? I often feel like it is not considered enough when building strategies unique to organizations and their demographic.

Interested to hear others thoughts. My education is in psychology so not sure if others will feel similarly.

I just make a career transition from recruiting to Org Development at a consulting firm 6 months ago. I’m really struggling to learn the things I want to learn since I’m alone on projects and they aren’t change management based- more just building training materials (which is what I got my masters in). Is it worth to switch to an internal role even though I don’t have hands-on change management experience? All of the roles want change management. All advice and insight is welcome!
