How to deal with quarter life crisis?

Most of us joined their first job after college with very high hopes (Like : Yeaah my job, I'mma be solving real world problems now).
Most of our jobs turned out to be not so impactful. (like rudimentary shoveling data into neat piles of PPT).
And we have to do this for life.
I can't seem to shake of the feeling completely even after almost 3 years into working.
(Normalise time to ~1.5 years due to distorted sense of time due to Covid)

How to deal with change? 1 year out of college and living with 3 of my best friends, just talked about living together for next year but they are all moving to new cities. Another friend is moving to my city so I’ll be living with them but I can’t help but feel a little lonely/like a huge stage of my life is over. Any tips for dealing with this change? I guess I also feel a little guilty because I’m pretty covid conservative so I’ve turned down social outings this past year because of that.

What are people’s thoughts on keeping a pulse oximeter at home? Given the gradual hypoxia that develops with covid seems like it could be useful?

There are a lot of days where I can’t tell if I’m just burnt out or if I’m depressed. Is the burnout fueling the depression or is the depression fueling the burnout?

I am in self-contained. Our students are never sent home even tho they are obviously ill. Only projectile vomiting sends a student home. So then we staff get sick because of our close contact, toileting, etc, and have to use our sick days and then run out of sick days. Anyone else experiencing this?

Is it a red flag for a dr to ask for a specific medication? I’m seeing a new psychiatrist tomorrow and have a diagnosis already but want to try a different medication. I’ve done extensive online research and there’s one that I know is a bit pricey but I’d like to try. I obviously need her input to ensure it would be safe for me to take.
