They're not wrong.....

Hi Guys,
Please comment your views.
I have 7.5 years experience in TCS as joined as fresher.
Feeling not have industry level experience in terms of wide angle of technology.
Now I have offer from small scale company and seems I can learn in and out.
Shall I join or search for MNC to settle.
Thanks in advance.

Lots of people have. I have several friends who have given up on tech.
Depends what you want to do. What are you interested in? If you’re wanting to leave tech and start a business, it’ll take you some time to build up a customer base. Certain industries pay better than others.
More inclined towards using my tech skills in a different sector, maybe still a tech-adjacent job just the main source of revenue isn't tech. What I've been struggling with is those positions want experience in that sector already, OR they have even more technical interviews than I've had for tech companies.
I got blindsided by a technical assessment at a publisher that wasn't the usual take-home assessment I'm used to. It was real time, my every keystroke watched, and that kind of pressure during the initial screening interview was far more nerve-wracking than anything I've done for a tech job.
So whether it's I can't get them to talk to me because I don't have sector experience or I get weeded out quickly because they're going in hard from the start, I'm struggling to find a good strategy.
