Hi there! Just wondering if anyone could give me some insight on their experience with Amazon job applications. I've applied for 4 roles that I'm VERY confident in, but my applications have been in a "under consideration" status for a month or so. I was even referred for the position by another Amazon employee, which I was told would help.

I'm starting to think that I may not actually be "under consideration", but I figured I'd ask on here! Is this common?

Had my BCG final interview. For the 1st interview the fit portion went well, but nerves got the best of me while doing the Case portion. Blanked out on the math portion and needed guidance. Time ran out before I can give a full recommendation. 2nd interview I did somewhat average but the interviewer was pretty dry and I don’t know how I feel about it. Currently SDR for a start up making 40k w OTE 60k. The job is okay but recently there is a lack of marketing (no marketing person) so inbound leads are down… which is essentially ruining my compensation. Dad's a little guidance please. We bought a Chicco car seat with base and a stroller that accepts the car seat. . I've been reading that other brands (e.g Britax, MaxiC) do not have a base and remain in the car. So how to Britax car seat parents move/carry their infants around? Remove from the car seat and hand carry or prop into stroller?

Used to rejection and I don’t let it get me down, but with the job market being the way it is—should I put my plans to get into tech on hold? I was thinking maybe construction sales or even possibly recruiting. I’m hesitating because of the nitpicking from HMs and recruiters for “job hopping”. Recruiter lied about interview process and job type. First interview goes well and interviewer tried to schedule me for in-person interview first thing next morning. I tried to push off into next week and was told it wouldn’t work with timeline. Everything was supposed to be remote, should I keep it moving and go somewhere else?
