Hi there! My boss has recently hired more people and she is not managing our new size well. She clearly cannot handle bigger teams and translates her panic into overly-controlling and suffocating structures. Team members have no voice and if they do, it’s something really minor. She talks a lot about a shared vision, reading Dare to Lead together, etc, but it comes off as shallow. How do I call her out in the most supportive way possible? I want to help and this situation is giving me anxiety.

I would be for a Voting Rights Amendment to the Constitution.

All US Citizens can vote.

Move voting day to the first Monday of November and make it a Federal Holiday.

Make early voting mandatory in each state that starts no later than Oct. 1.

Mandatory same day registration.

Mandatory mail in ballot option where ballots are placed in mailbox by Oct. 1.

Must have a minimum of 1 polling station and 1 ballot drop box per 10000 residents and must be conveniently placed and easily accessible.

Getting to the point where some days I completely shut down. Cry in the bathroom at work. Can’t do anything. Next day I can manage it all pretty well. Im under a tremendous amount of pressure (working 2+ roles) with no leadership and minimal help. I’m really good at hiding/covering up my emotions so I’m sure no one knows. I just can’t imagine going through this cycle much longer. Not emotionally stable enough to even think about interviewing.
