I am currently a manager. Accepted a position back in patient care for more money and a better schedule. Spoke to my RVP today who raved about my performance and was looking for feedback for the next manager. I do not treat patients and he was interested in how to best prep the next “non-clinical” manager as others in the region were fired or underperformed. I am wrong to be insulted that he did not offer a wage increase? Should I negotiate or run as I have been feeling undervalued?

I really like this house that’s selling for $275k. I want to put in an offer, but think it’s realistically worth $255-$260k. The house is being sold by a company ie Orchard. Should I just buy the house since I like it or do I wait for prices to come down in the next few weeks and look for another house to not overpay?

When selling/buying a house: are included appliances a big deal? Fridge, washer, dryer? Technically you could sell them off, make a grand or so. Or is there more value with the statement “all appliances convey to new owner.”
