Why consulting? Wrong answers only.
Hi Guys,
Please help me. I am very confused in choosing the company. I have offer from Gartner and Epam system. Both are offering same package. I'm looking for learning curve and long term. In EPAM Systems still not assigned to project but Gartner has recruited for a project. I heard there will be a lot of opportunities and learning in Epam but limited with Gartner. Kindly help me here.

I assume its like any aspect of the consulting industry - you can stay in consulting, exit to industry (potentially doing similar work to what you're doing at your company RN), or leverage experience to totally change career tracks.
Depends on which offering you’re in - it would be fairly different between someone in HRT vs. Org Design vs. Change Management, etc.
What level are you? And what specialty

The most lucrative field is Total Rewards (comp and benefits) as it impacts the bottom line the most clearly in HR. You should be able to clear $200k after 7 years. I would try to get on those types of projects for the next 3 years if you’re interested in it, then get a total comp manager job in industry after that.
