Hi all Need some carrier guidance . I have 11+ years of experience in IIB (IBM Middleware). Now i am boared of it and I am not able to get good prospects in product based organizations . One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.

I got offer from cognizant for skills appium(mobile testing), selenium. My yoe is 2.8 yrs. Designation is PA. DOJ is 29th dec. So are they projects in cognizant for testing or they will keep on bench. And projects are more of manual or automation testing
