I'm a nurse manager for a large hospital with 10 YOE in nursing, but I'm starting to second guess my decision to go into leadership. Has anyone else left nurse management and pivoted to NP? I'm not crazy about the idea of going back to school for a third degree, but at the same time I'm turning 55 and I'm ready to leave the high-stress hospital setting for a nice small outpatient office. I'm considering focusing on Psychiatry. Thoughts?

What are the typical differences (+ and -) between PM Role in b2b and b2c organisations? Holding an offer from both, with 10L more in b2b and another b2c paying less. I’m thinking getting into b2c with lesser pay, however would help out in long term. Any suggestions here please? (Currently with 3.5 years as b2b PM, overall 8 YOE)

Boutique transactional practice. Firm is growing post-COVID. Things are at risk of falling through the cracks. I need an easy way to track matters for status reports with colleagues in the firm without remaking the wheel.
Currently using Clio, which has its limitations for this purpose. I know colleagues that just use an excel spreadsheet.

Young Associates: Every major firm is either laying off associates or considering laying off associates. Don't be fooled by your firm's silence. They are trying to pass off these layoffs as performance related moves but you should not be fooled. Be wary and try, if possible, to keep your hours up.

Hi, new hr manager here. I have a bit of a situation at work lol an attorney has been making insensitive comments to our support staff, is generally distracting and over sociable and I’ve gotten some neg feedback about him. I spoke with him this morning and this afternoon, he went up to his legal assistant with the Amber Heard filter on Snap, started asking her what was wrong, she didn’t like being filmed, was upsetand ended up working from home the rest of the day.
