I am starting a new position as an SDR at LinkedIn and thus signing a new contract. It’s an entry-level position but I have already worked in the company for some time. Would you recommend negotiating the offer or SDR entry-level positions are usually not negotiable?

(I've heard that other SDRs were earning around 40k EUR 70% base salary and 18k EUR 30% variable earnings, in Ireland)

SaaS/Fintech Sales vs. Investor Relations? I’m currently at a fintech/data services company that works closely with private equity andI’m debating on transitioning to PE investor relations role but the work/life balance for a SaaS role seems a lot better.
Has anyone made the jump?

Went on a few interviews and there is always positive feedback but no offers. However, two companies in particular mentioned that they didn’t think I’m ready for the manager role quite yet. I am currently the level right before manager at my firm however I don’t have my CPA so cannot get promoted. Any tips for how to convey I have manager level skills? Not sure what part of my responses are showing that I should stay at the senior level.

What's the best way to ask for a pay raise?

When I was headhunted for the job, ESG was a relatively new concept and too few companies hire for related positions. I didn't find any salary range from Glassdoor or anywhere so I had no idea. My fault was I did not ask the HR and just gave my asking salary. When I saw a similar post from my company (I was already hired that time), they were already including the pay range and I realized mine was way below. I'm already 2.8 yrs in the role.

Got an offer for SE III at a large tech company. Product I'd be working on interests me and I think I could grow more than in my current role.

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

Additionally there's a yearly target RSU bonus about equal to the cash bonus. Thoughts? 4.5 YOE

Hi is it good to say that I already have an offer letter of one company(X) to another company(Y) to get better offer, I just got scolded by HR for this. also I lost the opportunity in Y.

HR scolded me regarding trust issues, time taken to interview a candidate, you will go and come back again to negotiate and what not, all I wanted to was just to improve my current offer.

Is it ethically wrong, or we should never share what offer we have to anyone.

Feel like I was lied to when interviewing at my current agency. I was very honest how important work life balance is to me due to health issues. I’m only two months in & working 55-60 hours a week, having to sign it at 10pm for reports. Every account seems to be like this. How much of a red flag is it if I already start looking for new jobs? Recently I moved to this team, things were going fine and now they BLOCKED Tampermonkey script/google translate/Retail assistant/any extension usage across all browsers in my laptop . Apparently it is blocked by administrator for all the RCO employees. They have blocked it stating 'security reasons'.
