I can’t help but feel stuck in my career. I’m a licensed attorney in another country, but been working as a law clerk in a firm for about a year now. My final round of technical Interview was over in Deloitte USI and it was with team members. I think HR will connect with me for package as per team members.
Role : Consultant (Manual tester)
YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?

I missed adding parents in health insurance for this financial year. my father cancer surgery happened and I spend 15 lakh from savings and debt. Their is further spends in next financial year April and May for chemotherapy & radiation.

I was not informed when I asked HR during onboarding time. She said that will be disclosed when I joined the organization. To folks who joined TCS recently or about to join in 2 week,

I have 2 months notice period, 35 days over but still my BGC status is "BGC Scheduled", I have already denied counter offer...still doesn't want to fall in a situation where I have left current organization and after joining TCS there is some issue with BGC. Need inputs on
1) How can we know our BGC Status before DOJ to be on safer side?
2) Does someone experienced BGC status change in iBegin portal before DOJ?

Guys in salary discussion hr told that they can give 18.5 lpa for 5.8 yrs. I requested for 20 lpa. Hr told she will ask for approval and revert, and also asked if I am open for a little less. I said yes. Is been 3 days. Can I expect a reply or am I ghosted?
