Shot in the dark here but are there any functions / ranges referencing another file? That might cause an issue with macros
Is the macro trying to read information from a resource on a network share that maybe you have access to but the other 2 don't?
There can be several causes for this.
If you are using an object that hasn't been created yet, so on your setup it was correct and on theirs it is missing.
If the object or variable has been set to nothing or null
If the set is not present or omitted when the variable is assigned or if you are using a "GoTo" to enter that block or function.
There are others but those are most common.
It's likely some object missing on their end and not yours.
