Hi everyone!! I used to a work for a big social/pr/marketing agency in Vegas where processes were streamlined and hiring/training materials were already put together. I now work for a smaller law firm as the only social person managing 5+ brand related accounts. We (finally) hired a social person to help me! She’s fresh out of college and starts next week. Before I begin putting together her training materials and schedule, I was wondering if anyone here would mind sharing theirs?

45 LPA Base + 25% Variable Bonus + 25% RSUS.

I do have a better offer than this in terms of the base package. I just want to know can Walmart revise my offer if I try to renegotiate or this is the best at IN4 Level.
