Equal pay for equal work, how women can join the boys club that is partnership in any firm, equal voice in the conference room...I hate it when I present an idea it gets dismissed by some a-hole then suddenly ten minutes later they have the same idea and take credit, removing emotions from the workplace; tips for women and management to stop assuming or making it about emotions, how to mentor young women to excel and find third place in tech, confidence in job seeking...men will apply for a job where they only have four out of ten qualifications; while women won't apply for the same position unless they have nine out of ten- there are some interesting studies about this..., Balancing motherhood and career growth, goal setting techniques, the list goes on and on

We have had WIT groups that have discussed the same approach and strategy. It works even better if you can get men on board with you to help advocate. Finding one or two champions for the women can be super helpful. For me, 90% of my meetings I am the only women. We have been opening a lot of our WIT meetings to men so they can become more aware of the issues.

Unconscious bias and diversity in leadership are two topics not usually addressed. Everyone had some form of unconscious bias against other and if we are not intentional, we will never be able to work proactively to combat it. There is also a significant lack of diversity in leadership (which is also a result of unconscious bias.) So even when the company is diverse or global, the leaders do not mirror the people working for and reporting to them.
