This is anecdotal but my friends at banks , middle market, and some big 4 firms in advisory, are getting an increased bonus from prior years comparison. But this maybe due to comp being planned ahead of time

Intern program... lol, that doesn’t exist this year. We were lucky to get one campus hire

My practice area actually grew in first half, I think it’s more of a margins play or the higher ups think the bottom might fall. out in second half and are being cautious. But no summer interns at all and only one new grad hire, we had four last year.
