How do find a recruiter in the legal field? Have been looking for a job for a year now and trying to transition into another practice area. Applied to more than 20 jobs and still no offers. I feel like I might need some help.
Also, I have no idea how these arrangements work. Do you pay the recruiter to look for the jobs or do you pay them when you get the job? Or does the employer pay them?

I am looking to go in-house and I thought all of the interviews went well at one company. A week after my last interview, the internal recruiter contacted me just to touch base. 3 days later, I received an offer from another company and I contacted the recruiter from the job I want to tell her and she said she would check with the hiring manager and that we should she responded, “stay in close touch.” I emailed today casually to see if there was any update. No answer, any insight into why?

One recruiter called Bhargav P claimed to be from Hindustan Global service called me for a job opportunity and and asked my aadhar number for processing my resume. When I asked the reason he told that this is to confirm my phone number and lock my number so that no other can access my number 😂😂😂🙄and he found my number from naukri but seems he did not do his homework and he is dealing with a tech guy😆 Just be careful as such things happen. Any such stories to share guys??

Need some advise! When I get asked what salary range a role is, I honestly don’t know how to answer. How we hire is based upon the interview process and tech screen. I’ve been telling candidates “the starting base for this role is x but is dependent on the interview” obviously they think what I’ve provided is what they’ll get. Hi SpEd Teachers, is anyone else facing EXTREME staff shortages as a result of state funding? We are not able to meet my students' IEP requirements (not even close) due to not enough paraprofessionals and the district flat out refusing to hire more. I've lost 70+ hrs/week of para hours over the past few years and my students are really suffering. This leaves our district open to lawsuits, but the real problem is the state's education budget. Why Interviewer want to insult candidate rather respect them ? Why 99% interviewer ask candidate about Pluto. I mean ask something which has no relation with application, project. Why this mind set ?? Why thr is a ego fight. If I know everything why I will join your company. We are not Architect !! Only those 6 companies have Interview pattern. Else everywhere it depends on interviewer, selection depends on thr mindset.
