I had several files that were longer-term and I had a long time to work on them, but I just wasn’t motivated to do so and kept working on shorter term things instead, and now they’re all coming due and some are blowing up because I didn’t organize/prioritize well. The next few weeks are going to be a crazy amount of catch-up. Any advice so I can avoid doing this to myself again?

Is it possible to work at an A-list agency (W+K, D5, a&e, and other notable agencies in their own countries) and still have work life balance?

Those not promoted at end of year were told they’re considered for mid year, but what’s the truth? A Partner told me it is SOLELY intended to “correct” external hires brought in at a lower level.
