Job offering me a rph role for a store if I accept being a temporary rxm which doesn’t come with any pay raise. Do they have the ability to force me to accept temp rxm in order to get the regular rph assignment?

For those working in manufacturing, do you use a selection assessment for hiring production employees? If yes, which assessment? Pros and cons? Do you believe they add value and improving your quality of hire?

Is it common in the industry for licensed insurance agents to not get any commissions on a referral in which you personally write the policy? Ex: If a current client refers a prospect to our team, I would not receive commission. Additionally, if I write a policy for friends/family I would get a small incentive but it’s a fraction of the commission producers make.
Management is considering changing this going forward. However, I’m not sure how I should react if they keep things how they are now.

IHello Fishes. I have received positive feedback from KPMG interviews for consultant position and have submitted documents. It has been 4 days since I haven't received any call for negotiation or offer letter. How long does it take to get that?

I have an interview later today to be a licensed premier banker at a Wells Fargo near me. I love the company I'm at, but it's hard to turn down some licensing.

Curious how prior experience/transferable skills plays in to comp? When decided to get out of people leadership and move to a recruiter role a year ago was brought in as an “associate” since didn’t have the required year of full cycle recruiting. An “entry level” recruiter isn’t going to make near what I was making as an experienced leader with almost 20 YOE. But have a ton of transferable skills. How much $$ does that equate to in an offer? Or how is it taken into account?

I worked as a Treasury Payment Coordinator for 5.5 years, my WPM is over 66 with no errors and I can consistently answer over 200 emails a day, with great KPI scores. In August I was let go with no warning, citing “budget cutbacks” but they kept my teammate with low scores on everything. Pros: it’s reasonably impressive. I bootstrapped a company into existence on my free time and it has an impressive list of clients now. Profitable.

I’m technically the majority share holder, not an employee of the side hustle (it’s legally a company now). And I have employees that manage the daily activities.
