Job offering me a rph role for a store if I accept being a temporary rxm which doesn’t come with any pay raise. Do they have the ability to force me to accept temp rxm in order to get the regular rph assignment?
Hi Folks, I had given interview 2 weeks back..but haven't heard from them. I have followed up with them twice.I already have an offer in hand and joining date is nearing. I don't want to miss the bus, since JP Morgan is my first preference. Don't know what do I do now!
For those working in manufacturing, do you use a selection assessment for hiring production employees? If yes, which assessment? Pros and cons? Do you believe they add value and improving your quality of hire?
Is it common in the industry for licensed insurance agents to not get any commissions on a referral in which you personally write the policy? Ex: If a current client refers a prospect to our team, I would not receive commission. Additionally, if I write a policy for friends/family I would get a small incentive but it’s a fraction of the commission producers make.
Management is considering changing this going forward. However, I’m not sure how I should react if they keep things how they are now.
Guys should i resign and start looking for opportunities? My NP is 90 days. not getting the interview calls
IHello Fishes. I have received positive feedback from KPMG interviews for consultant position and have submitted documents. It has been 4 days since I haven't received any call for negotiation or offer letter. How long does it take to get that?
I have an interview later today to be a licensed premier banker at a Wells Fargo near me. I love the company I'm at, but it's hard to turn down some licensing.
Any hints, tips, tricks? I worked at Wells before, so I'm aware of their culture and what's up.
Curious how prior experience/transferable skills plays in to comp? When decided to get out of people leadership and move to a recruiter role a year ago was brought in as an “associate” since didn’t have the required year of full cycle recruiting. An “entry level” recruiter isn’t going to make near what I was making as an experienced leader with almost 20 YOE. But have a ton of transferable skills. How much $$ does that equate to in an offer? Or how is it taken into account?
I have recruited for banking domain in TCS though i don't have experience on that, But any chance they may put me in some other domain after joining or if i failed to clear 1St client interview.

Does anyone have experiences taking on a Chief of Staff role in pharma/biotech? It seems that the roles and responsibilities can range from administrative to being an extension to the executive you support.

Has anyone here joined SAS Institute recently? I received a HireVue interview request for a marketing position at SAS and wonder if anyone could tell me what kind of questions are asked during the HireVue interview?SAS
Had a zoom interview today that didn’t go because zoom wouldn’t connect. I updated the software and restarted it and everything prior. Worked right after with my roommate. It’s been rescheduled but can help but feel like I’ve already made a poor impression.
Started a new role and I feel like my skills are being incredibly underutilized. I'm bored every day and I'm afraid I won't get the experience I need to really grow here. How should I address it? Should I just start looking for new opportunities again?
Has anyone done the flex mba UMD (university of Maryland) interview? Any questions to help prep?

I am being offered a Senior AE role, but the Head of B2B is also hiring a Head of Sales, North America.
I met with the person who will be leading NA sales, and do not think hes the right person for the job. Not someone I think I can learn much from.
Would you share this with the Head of B2B? Or is it not my place?

New to Fishbowl! I’m a retail pharmacy technician in MO with 12 years experience. No degree, just my State Pharmacy license. Was at $16 per hour until last October and was given $1 raise, so currently at $17 per hour. I feel very underpaid. Looking to move on if I can’t negotiate a better hourly rate. What is the average pay range for someone with similar experience? Also, suggestions for other positions to apply my current skill set?
Whats’s the ideal CV length for UK mid-level roles (4-5 YoE) to engage recruiters?
Is 1 page containing punchy & concise XYZ points preferred in the UK over 2 pages inc. a bit more details of projects/ tasks?
I feel like my 1 page CV is pretty good but (lack of) responses make me think otherwise.
Has anyone been to a creative or fun networking event where you felt like you gained something when you left? Looking for some casual ideas!

Do HCL consider candidature once bgv is red. I worked in a startup but dont have proper documents so submitted documents from another company. Is there any way to get it resolved. Please suggest what can be done.

Has anyone been successful at creating “boundaries” in the workplace both with duties and relationships with bosses and not been gaslighted to believe they just aren’t being a team player ( or in other words highly agreeable)? I’ve seen it happen around me and I’m waiting for the day it directly effects me. I would love to learn from your experiences and success stories…
I worked as a Treasury Payment Coordinator for 5.5 years, my WPM is over 66 with no errors and I can consistently answer over 200 emails a day, with great KPI scores. In August I was let go with no warning, citing “budget cutbacks” but they kept my teammate with low scores on everything. I’m looking for something new now but all I come across online is scam job posts. How do I apply with a legitimate company, how do I protect myself from spam?
Anyone streaming SuperBowl? Does NBC sports or DirectvNow freeze for you as well? Or is my internet shity??

Give notice or ask to renegotiate? Recently interviewed for a comparable role and received an offer of ~16% higher than current comp. I enjoy my role, but the new company seems to have better career progression opportunities. Do I just give notice and expect them to attempt to retain, or do I go in asking to more comp to stay?
Am working at a tech startup and looking to move to a larger tech company. Partly seeking better WLB, partly want to work somewhere with more resources so I can continue to grow. What’s a good way to frame this in interviews? Does it reflect poorly to say I want to work somewhere w more resources, like im not a self starter?
I need some interview tips, I have a virtual interview for another HR Manager position at a much larger company, in the email it said to dress for the position you are interviewing for. At my current company we are very casual Friday all week long as we are in the Non-Profit Arts Entertainment industry. Any suggestions would be appropriated.
I recently interviewed for a position that was below my salary requirements so the interviewer forwarded me a role that is inline with salary but quite a bit outside of my skill set (and interest, tbh). How do I politely reject the opportunity while keeping the door open to other roles more closely aligned with my career goals/interests?
Should I list my side hustle on my resume or leave it off?
Cons: I’m worried people might think it’s too much of a time commitment.
Pros: it’s reasonably impressive. I bootstrapped a company into existence on my free time and it has an impressive list of clients now. Profitable.
I’m technically the majority share holder, not an employee of the side hustle (it’s legally a company now). And I have employees that manage the daily activities.
Just received an offer that was $5k over the top of my initial range. I was nervous that I had low balled myself in the initial range I gave so am happy with this amount. Should I still try to negotiate for higher at this point or is that a bad look and just go with what they offered?
Does anyone know how many days of PTO (Vacation) KPMG offers Senior Associates that are external hires?
Hey guys, so I just finished my final interview on Monday (today's Friday) for a company in Norway and was told to wait until next week as they're interviewing this week. It's been a few days and has been replaying the entire interview on my mind wondering if it was alright. What do you do while waiting? I need to take off my mind from worrying - obviously I want this job so badly!

Had 4 interviews for a role at a very small company. The last one with the CEO I didn't have the best feeling about but the hiring manager seems to like me a lot.
Who ultimately makes the hiring decision?
Mid 20s, 3.5 YOE-- been interviewing with roles and firms since October without luck (handful of making it to final interview round but no offer). And I've recently been dropping out of interviews just because I feel the burnout of having done 2-3 interviews a week since Thanksgiving.
How do you manage the drive to find a role vs the burnout of actually pursuing the role?
I’ve been at a startup for 6 months and feel like I want to quit. What should I state in interviews as the reason for looking into a new position? The company is not getting any new customers and I don’t believe in the CEO’s management style or vision…
