Hi what will be the average salary for a 6 year experienced business consultant.

I faced a problem that i worked on a start up for 5 years and when i trued to move all the offers i got was with in 100% raise informed that they cant proceed more that 110%. Which i hope a very less that salary slab.

I’m working on building a start-up. This requires an app and a website. A friend of mine has a web development company who can do the job for me very well and efficiently. He really likes my project and offered a partnership: i pay him $30k and he gets 20% equity.
He also gave me the option to be ‘treated as a client’ and deliver my project at a normal rate (about $80K), should I not want to partner.
