However, I have taken on some new responsibilities after my coworker left like onboarding new employees, preparing new hire bags, and doing damage claims position. I got a raise of $5,000 within my first few months. However, I was hired by a recruiter and $70,000 -$75,000 was their salary range for an accounting job. Now, my responsibilities have increased tremendously, and I should ask for a raise. How do I ask and for how much?
