Hi, which is better to join Coforge or Capgemini?

Current non-equity partner here. Up for equity this year. Had a good year. Concerned that my firm will either forgo giving me a bonus or give me a lower bonus than I deserve in exchange for possibly giving me equity (which might not even result in an immediate raise). Thoughts?

Question for people in forensic field - Is there a reason why many forensic roles prefer people who can speak multiple languages? I mean I understand that there are international arbitration type of work, but is that all? How would your language skill benefit you in these roles? Appreciate your inputs.

A junior gets pissed off whenever I delegate work to him. He doesn’t even look at me when I give him instructions - just stares straight at the computer. But wow - it’s a different story when the senior associates or partners give him work. I had to resort to copying the partner in my emails but this doesn’t change his attitude toward me 1 on 1. I’m actually now reluctant to even delegate him work because it’s just such an unpleasant experience. Any one has good management tips to offer?
