If Deloitte is paying more than Deloitte USI anyday. Work culture at ACN is horrible but they pay better than D USI. If thats taken care of, i would anyday select D USI

My manager casually threw out that she had an exec tell her it’s fine if she wants to close my division down next year. We are a niche team in a large company. I asked her to clarify as I am worried about my team (and me) she said we would be “well taken care of” as in receive severance…she was so casual about it and said she didn’t know what she would do - we’re performing well, but it’s a small market. What do I do? Warn my team? Look for jobs? I have been here for 20 years w/niche skills…

People who're negotiating with TCS HR. Please remember the following. 1.Offers are mostly non negotiable
2.They have strict 30-40% hike only.
3.If you ask more, they will say, I will get back to you and you wont get anymore calls. Be careful.
4.They have bands fixed like 4-6 yrs ITA and so on
Either take the offer and look out for another company or accept the offer if you need TCS somehow. Thiis my personal experience and also from this forum discussions.

Harissa Sweet Potato Latkes with Spiced Yogurt, Mint and Pomegranate: My version of latkes is certainly not traditional. Caramelized sweet potatoes are infused with spicy harissa, extra kick from Aleppo pepper and cardamom in the yogurt sauce topped with refreshing mint leaves and pomegranate arils. I'm on my notice period and got an offer from a company which is the role I'm looking for. However, they've given only 1 day to respond to the offer. This company is 2nd on my priority list and I got this from a personal connect.
