Has anyone heard of a retention bonus with a clawback period of 3 years? Like you get paid in 3 installments but you have to pay back 100 percent of the money if you work a day less than 3 years?

I just finished my Masters at UT Arlington. I’ve been working for this firm for almost 3 years in uptown Dallas. I technically don’t have a title, obviously because I’m not license. I mainly do a lot of renderings and postproduction work along with some digital graphics for a lot of projects. Is it too soon to ask for a pay raise? Or how do I come about that?

The home has a contract w/ a food service company that would need renewed by the potential buyer if they choose. The employee in this scenario is a Clinical Nutrition Manager who works for this food service company. Their department is Clinical Nutrition, consisting of 2 employees including the Manager. Job security, maintaining similar pay up in the air.

Would you hesitate to hire someone due to typos on a business plan? My resume is spotless, & I come highly recommended by management and peers for the position. This week has been absolutely exhausting, and long story short, I noticed I misspelled “Houston” as “Huston” on the FIRST PAGE of my business plan.. TWICE!! 😩 I can’t believe I let that happen during such a critical interview. It was spelled correctly everywhere else, but it just looks sloppy. I am worried I am not going to get the job.

Associate at a regional big law firm in area where market has been impacted significantly by the recent salary bumps other firms have given to their associates in smaller offices. Our firm announced last week they would be providing market bumps for all associates but that only those associates who were “on pace” to bill their hours for the year by June 30 would qualify for the bump. Am I justified in feeling like this is completely ridiculous?

Recent I got a offer from a startup. They are offer 20 lac as cash component and around 10k shares of company. I have 2 offer of 22 lpa as ctc. I am facing problem in deciding which one to choose.

I'm planning to put down my papers, but do not want to burn bridges with my current manager, I recently got retained, but the package is still unsatisfactory, hence got a good offer outside. Please suggest some creative ways to resign from current org :) TIA!!

I got an offer from X company with a 45% hike and my current company manager matched that offer instantly. Now company X offered me another 45% hike which is a total of 90%hike. Now I am a bit confused to decide. If I resign from my current company, not sure if it is ethical since my manager respected me and has matched my offer instantly. Any suggestions?

And second is from one small scale US startup company of 22lpa+1l jb for java developer position, the only thing I'm worried is, it's a very small company having almost 53 employees globally. And to avoid double taxation from US and India, they have one Indian entity company to rollout salary of Indian employees.. please help me

2. Fiserv - 27 fixed + 1 joining
3. Coforge - 25 fixed inclusive 5% variable+ 1 joining
4. Parkar Digital (small 7 years old company)- 26 fixed

YOE - 7.5 years
Tech stack - Java + Mulesoft

Fiserv hiring for their service based line only and not product based. Kindly suggest.
