I have an offer from Walmart but I'm also interviewing at Meta. I'm midway through the Meta process but there's still a long way to go and I don't want to rush through it unprepared. Both are for a Data Scientist position. Any suggestions on how to deal with a situation like this? Walmart Facebook (Meta)

No. Does your company not provide a portal to check or a commission statement?
Captivate iq and spiff are both good options, too.

I have worked in comissions/comp analytics, as a Sales rep its important to track all of your deals and understand how ur comission is calculated and question it immediately if you think there might be a mistake.
A lot of systems have manual processes or even parts of payroll or plan assignments are manual and this causes errors.
Even the largest companies in the world make mistakes on comissions so its always OK to question things because it could just be system or human error.
I worked as a commission analyst in a startup early in my career. I had zero training and our processes were super manual so I made tons of mistakes. I would eventually catch them and fix them in future commission checks.
Your commission should be accurate and easy to understand. If it’s not, always flag this to your manager/higher ups .
Just out of curiosity are you guys working with US based companies? Or Australia?

For example in California if you quit your sales job in the middle of a quarter we have to prorate and pay your bonus legally.
If you quit in NY you aren't entitled to anything without having to sue for it.
For the majority of employees in the US, the laws do not protect your compensation. The laws do not exist or are bare minimum is what I meant by relaxed.
