Getting offer from a Singapore based startup SYFE for QA Role and and same amount offer from Sirionlabs - Both are offering almost same amount .. So CTC not an issue..

But the Startup is giving 3 Lakh worth ESOPs.. and Sirionlabs is saying that every year we give 10% fixed variable..

Can someone please help me take a good decision?

And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took. Im in the final round of the interview with two new firms.. should I say my expected is 12lacs or 14 lacs (i think a jump from 8.5 to 14 could be too much)? I eventually want to drive the number up to 15lacs.
