Getting a fat bonus > 50k. 401k will be maxed, already dump 3-5k in each kids 529 and have more than six months of emergency fund. Already own a house at 2.85 etc. not flexing or anything just want to know what folks would do with a sizable bonus. Need ideas please. Otherwise dumping in VTI lol

I'm currently interviewing for senior software engineer and have a couple interviews with PMs (culture fit, etc).
I've had some rocky relationships with PMs.
As a PM, what would you like an engineer to ask you?
As an engineer, what would you ask a PM to understand how the work with engineers, what they prioritize, if they throw engineers under the bus, etc?
I've also had many experiences with great PMs.

Can’t decide on a job offer. Currently employed and have been wanting to do something different. The other job offer is pretty much what I make now but I’d be losing on a lot of PTO. I kind of feel really confused about what to do. The hiring manager actually picked up on the fact that I don’t sound super excited for the job. Hi, are there any Construction Project Managers/Owner’s Representatives out there? I’ve been one for 1.5 years, after being a Structural Engineer for 10 yrs. I’m so grateful I made the pivot bc I had gotten completely miserable on the engineering side and now I love my job. I also made a significant salary jump to just over $100k when I made the switch. But bc I felt underpaid most of my engineering career, I want to make sure I don’t continue to be. Am I doing good? For reference I’m 34/female.

Back in the job market , any tips for using this opportunity to switch to product management or sales . I have been throughly technical for my whole career . But being a people person and a visual learner , has taught me that I causenuse those qualities to foray into a sale engineering role . Greattings, I started working at Morgan Stanley basically as an intern, then moved up to an Estate and Inheritor specialist, was looking to move on to be a FA getting my certs with MS sadly pandemic hit and things got stuck in MS, then I got an offer from my current employer Goldman sachs and I'm a manager for level 3 complaints for the GM card, I'm looking to go back to the path of FA but it's been hard to make the lateral move, any recommendations?

I lost interest and started applying else where.
He sensed that I was leaving and made an effort to get me a promotion. But he asked me if I wanted more a raise/more money or a higher title…

This doesn’t make sense to me. I asked for a formal promotion. A title change and a pay raise and when I followed up I asked for the same thing. What is the purpose of asking me to pick?
