Interview questions with a PM?
I'm currently interviewing for senior software engineer and have a couple interviews with PMs (culture fit, etc).
I've had some rocky relationships with PMs.
As a PM, what would you like an engineer to ask you?
As an engineer, what would you ask a PM to understand how the work with engineers, what they prioritize, if they throw engineers under the bus, etc?
I've also had many experiences with great PMs.

Initial impression - likely yes. Your resume seems like it would attract the types of roles you already had.
Your challenge is translating your experience for HR generalist-type responsibilities. Having worked in HR for many years and helped hire top talent, you must shine a spotlight on the people aspects of your experience. Find a job description that you love, and ensure you have the major quals covered in your resume.
It's also great to use LinkedIn at this stage which tells you that you match X of 10 skills before you apply. See the skills that the job requires. Hope that helps!
You bet! You likely have more experience than you realize. Now it’s time to dial up your people management skills (truthfully of course). 😊
Have you thought about getting any HR focused credentials? A SHRM certificate would help show an employer your interest in HR. It also would open you up to HR specific job boards.
It's worth a shot! Thanks anyway!!
