Accenture gave me offer letter after two months without any salary discussion. There is a count down in Accenture portal to accept offer within 7 days. I got a call from HR on the day I received offer letter and she told not to accept the offer and she will call me next day to discuss about it. But its been 5 days now they are not responding to my calls and mails.
Should I accept the offer now ? Will they negotiate the package after accepting?

I joined TCS and regretted it. Compared to other MNC's i would place it in least position for various reasons which I cannot mention here as it would be lengthy. Few things - No Udemy access, Poor internal portal, No resignation Application, Daily fill Timesheet or leave deduction, Forced mandatory courses else you will loose access, No O365 simply Outlook can be accessed only via tcs asset etc.
Most important they hired for one role and placed in other in a complete support project 24x7. Rest is up to you.
No salary no hike no career growth. Micromanagement in most of the projects.

Preferably, I will join TCS when I am in the last phase of retirement if I get a chance to work because once you leave, I cannot join again. or maybe drop it if I get better job security and wlb

Cons :-
(1) Top performers gets an yearly increment of barely 7-8%, that too cleverly adjusted in variable pay.
(2) Career growth becomes stagnant, very less promotional prospects to even high performers, also one promotion like ITA Or AST level fetches you peanuts i.e., 12-13% max 😅
(3) WLB is a myth nowadays, too much micromanagement, badly constructed talent development wings / programmes, too much workload, and mostly very random project allocation by the RMG, your wish / skill sets has no value here.
(4) Now, it's mandated (forced) to WFO atleast 3days and even 5days in some projects, if you refuge, First EL gets deducted, second threats from HR for severe disciplinary actions are given. No mercy to someone having genuine concerns. 😞
