OK folks, I'm kind of pissed. I interviewed with a dream company, made it to 6 interviews (all the way up to VP). Weeks later the recruiting manager shares they went with someone internally, no feedback. Today I see the same position being promoted. Do I pursue the same role or take this as a sign that I wasnt a good fit after all and let it go?

Had the strangest interview with Uber with the hiring manager. I thought it was cool they wore pajamas to my interview though. Anyways, manager asked me more questions about walking through resume, why Uber, working with partners, etc then says that's all I have with 15 mins remaining for questions? Keep in mind we had 30 mins. I thought I'd at least make it to the exercise round instead received feedback from recruiter they were looking for direct program framework & methologies experience?!

I work as a Project Management contractor with my own LLC. I manage Programs, Projects and Portfolios. I see the consulting company bills the end client $200 per hour for me when I only get about $75. How can I cut out the middle man? Or at least find a why to get a better deal on this. Usually I just get dropped in the client location and never hear from the agency again but some how they get the biggest cut.

One of the partners at my office emailed and said the firm is recommending/encouraging us to wear masks in common areas but it is not required. More people have started wearing masks around the office after this but the partner that sent the email hasn’t been. How am I supposed to know if we actually should we wearing masks or not when it’s not required?
