I work at 159 Solutions (healthcare consulting), which is part of IQVIA Holdings. On average you can expect hikes to be anywhere between 15 to 25%. The yearly hikes are capped at 25% as part of the IQVIA policy. Apart from this you'll have a separate promotion hike (and yearly bonus 10 to 25% of your yearly fixed component depending on the role Analyst to Manager). The compensation which we receive (as part of 159) are higher than IQVIA counterparts, and on par with ZS. Promotions are fast tracked (2-2.5 years on average for a role). The figures I quoted are for 159 Solutions and IQVIA may offer you lower numbers.
