Is it okay to not share payslips for CTC negotiation? How do you deal when candidates don't share their payslips?

I’m an S2 auditor & prefer to stay in audit for now.

I’ve had many people ask me for tax services because of my CPA, so I’ve been researching and consulting for free & it’s been fun.

Considering doing it on the side for individuals and small biz.

Any advice on how to gain experience? Any good courses? CPE? Resources? Opportunities? Weekend job? What may be obvious to you is not to me, so anything would be helpful. Please and thank you :)

Accountant here, in order to get into Strategy consulting, could I go Big 4 Assurance/Advisory-> Top MBA -> Strategy? I was going to do my local MBA but I am having seconds thoughts about it and might back out and go M.Acc to get into Big 4. Let me know your thoughts.

Graduating in December and have two options (consulting).
1. Start at firm in January
-paid for 6 more months and possibly promoted faster
2. Start in July, study for gmat and apply to 2+2/deferred mba programs and take time off to travel.

Any tips on buying a new car? This will be my first time buying a vehicle. It all seems really overwhelming and I’m not sure where to start. I ordered a Tesla model 3 SR in April and I am able to take delivery this weekend, however I’m now unsure of whether it’s the right move financially. I have a lease on a 2020 BMW X3 that will end next month and was wondering if I should just buy that out and drive it for a few years. If it makes a difference I’m in SoCal so gas is $$$, but no EV charging in my apartment.

Tesla: $830/month + charging and insurance
BMW: $600/m + $150 gas + maint/insurance

Need your help picking a luxury/sport car for a weekend trip. I've only driven Honda Civics all my life. My current options, which are all sort of in the $300-400/weekend ballpark: Maserati Ghibli, Ford Mustang GT and BMW 5 series. I could double the price range and get something like the Porsche Cayman or Jaguar F-Type if it's worth it.

It would be my first time ever driving a true luxury or sport car, so really want to make it count. Any thoughts/recommendations? :)
