Mark Dodge in Louisiana. At least as of last November, they were offering excellent discounts (I think 8% under invoice) on all CJDR factory order vehicles.

I just picked my JLUR-Xtreme Recon up a month ago from Guptons in Springville TN! I can’t recommend this place enough! I got my $65k jeep for $55k basically

+1 for the JL forums list. ✌️

A couple thoughts

1. Knowing what state/area you live in may help. Dealers charge a delivery fee if they have to trailer it to you or your expense to get to the dealership and associated cost to drive it back may largely negate any savings a mega dealer may (or may not) pass on to you based on msrp

2. Unless you are trying to order a wrangler with the 392, from an availability standpoint it really doesn’t matter which dealer you order the car from - Stellantis prioritizes sold orders across the board and allocation really only comes into play for high performance/limited edition cars in their portfolio (think Ram TRX, Dodge Demon). Thank you! I’m located in Atlanta, so I’d prefer a location in the southern states

Mark Dodge CJDR and Granger Motors are the two deepest discounters in the country

Auditor looking for tax experience -

I’m an S2 auditor & prefer to stay in audit for now.

I’ve had many people ask me for tax services because of my CPA, so I’ve been researching and consulting for free & it’s been fun.

Considering doing it on the side for individuals and small biz.

Any advice on how to gain experience? Any good courses? CPE? Resources? Opportunities? Weekend job? What may be obvious to you is not to me, so anything would be helpful. Please and thank you :)

Any tips on buying a new car? This will be my first time buying a vehicle. It all seems really overwhelming and I’m not sure where to start. I’ll be trading in or selling my 2009 Honda Accord (any advise on the best way to go about selling my vehicle would be greatly appreciated as well). My gf and I do a lot of road trips and camp with our two dogs so I’m looking at getting a smaller SUV (lexus NX) or midsize truck (maybe Tacoma) so we’ll fit more comfortably. I really appreciate any insights

I ordered a Tesla model 3 SR in April and I am able to take delivery this weekend, however I’m now unsure of whether it’s the right move financially. I have a lease on a 2020 BMW X3 that will end next month and was wondering if I should just buy that out and drive it for a few years. If it makes a difference I’m in SoCal so gas is $$$, but no EV charging in my apartment.

Tesla: $830/month + charging and insurance
BMW: $600/m + $150 gas + maint/insurance

Any thoughts? Is the Tesla worth it?

Need your help picking a luxury/sport car for a weekend trip. I've only driven Honda Civics all my life. My current options, which are all sort of in the $300-400/weekend ballpark: Maserati Ghibli, Ford Mustang GT and BMW 5 series. I could double the price range and get something like the Porsche Cayman or Jaguar F-Type if it's worth it.

It would be my first time ever driving a true luxury or sport car, so really want to make it count. Any thoughts/recommendations? :)
