Should I fire creatives that refuse to work on tobacco client, but are ok working on pharma and crappy sugary diabetes cereals?

When I first got into PA the managing partner at the small firm stated they preferred to avoid 1040 only clients because they can take up a lot of time and the margins are small. I’m feeling that now. People don’t understand the IRS is slow and think angry calling me every other day (not an exaggeration for one client) is going to make a difference. 🤷🏻‍♂️
