I’m not sure I fully understand Amazons pay structure. I’m applying for a Sr. Customer Success manager role but the base is low. The sign on bonus may help and the go forward RSU’s…but it seems so unstable. What are the pros and cons of working with Amazon?

I am currently a Senior Forensic Accountant at a public accounting firm but we mainly handle commercial damage calculations, business valuations, and SOME investigations that one might think of as “was there fraud? I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn't get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now.

I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.

On pins and needles, three interviews last week for same role. Zooms with hiring manager and directors (one said I’d be a “good match”). Next step is likely 2 more rounds. What’s a good timeframe to hear back? Or next action to take besides already sent thank you’s.
